  Southwell have recently completed a three level Goods Personnel Hoist for Storage King in Sydney. The facility was an existing three level building converted to accommodate self-storage. Southwell's hoist solution was to provide a Freestanding Goods Personnel Hoist external to the building to avoid costly slab penetrations inside the building. For ease of use, the hoist allows people to ride with the goods. The Southwell Goods Personnel Hoist was then externally clad for weatherproofing after installation.
